This Refunds & Shipping Policy (“Policy”) explains how NOVESSA CONSULTING (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) handles refunds, cancellations, and delivery of purchased products or services.
This Policy applies to all transactions made with us, including purchases of:
Digital products (e-books, templates, training materials, recordings)
Workshops and events (online or in-person)
Consulting and coaching services (1:1 or group)
Speaking or training engagements
By purchasing from us, you agree to this Policy in full.
All sales of digital products are final.
Once access to the product has been delivered (e.g., via email, download link, or portal access), no refunds or exchanges will be granted.
All bookings are non-refundable.
If you cannot attend, you may request to transfer your booking to a future session (subject to availability and our approval).
Payments for 1:1 or group sessions are final once confirmed.
If you fail to attend a scheduled session without required notice (see Section 4), the session is forfeited without refund.
Engagement fees are non-refundable once booked.
Rescheduling may be accommodated in cases of force majeure or at our discretion.
Since we currently offer no physical products, all deliverables are provided digitally through:
Email delivery of files or links
Access to a secure learning portal or video platform
Live virtual calls or events
Download links via third-party platforms (e.g., Systeme.io, Cal.com)
Delivery is typically instant or within 24 hours of purchase unless otherwise stated in the product/service description.
You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ written notice to gio@novessaconsulting.com.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice (“no-shows”), are forfeited without refund or credit.
Cancellations are non-refundable.
If you cannot attend, you may request a seat transfer to another date or attendee, subject to approval.
Cancellation terms will be outlined in the engagement agreement.
Travel-related costs already incurred are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be granted in the following rare circumstances:
Duplicate Payment – If you are charged twice for the same product or service.
Processing Error – If a technical error results in a failed or incomplete delivery.
Legal Requirement – If applicable consumer protection laws require a refund.
In such cases, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is a violation of this Policy.
We reserve the right to:
Dispute chargebacks with supporting evidence
Terminate ongoing or future service delivery
Deny access to any purchased materials
We maintain detailed proof of delivery for all digital and service-based products.
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:
Natural disasters
Government actions or regulations
Internet outages or platform downtime
Illness or emergencies affecting delivery staff
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or deliver the service at a later date.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be handled in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
We may update this Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting, with the “Last Updated” date revised.
